Council Member
Eng. Kambanda is an Incorporated Civil Engineer (Urban) registered with the Engineering Council of Namibia. He holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering (Urban) from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Civil Engineering, an MBA from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe, and is studying towards an M.Eng in Industrial Engineering at NUST. He has more than 11 years of work experience in civil engineering, construction, project management and infrastructure maintenance. He is currently employed as an engineer in the Ministry of Defence.
He became a member of Council in August 2022. He is the Chairperson of the Incorporated Engineers and Engineering Technicians Registration Committee of Council.
